Product, engineering, and sales working to reinvent the job search.

Dylan Marcote

CEO & Founder

Founder & CEO of Worksfound, an AI-powered SaaS reinventing how people find work: we bring thousands of job listings into one place, match them to each user with AI, and fill out the applications on their behalf 24/7. I built the MVP end-to-end as a full-stack engineer, and today I lead product, technology, and strategy as we scale — still designing, coding, and making architecture decisions every day. I come from years of building SaaS products across industries, both B2B and B2C, combined with hands-on work in Generative AI, agentic workflows, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.

Erika Ladner

Mobile Developer & Co-Builder

Frontend developer specializing in React and React Native, focused on building scalable digital products in startup environments. I turn business needs and complex logic into clear, maintainable experiences. I've shipped mobile and web apps at scale — migrating legacy systems to MERN architectures, building features from zero, and improving products in production. I collaborate closely with UX/UI, backend, and infrastructure teams to define workflows and make decisions with real impact on users and the business, and I thrive in small, product-focused teams.

Founding Account Executive

Commercial professional with extensive B2B and B2C sales experience, specialized in cold prospecting, business development, and go-to-market strategy for tech and services companies. At Worksfound I lead revenue generation, strategic client outreach, and deal closing. Previously I worked as an Appointment Setter and Manager, building and optimizing sales teams, refining commercial processes, and managing key accounts. A strong communicator with an analytical, results-driven mindset, I thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and adapt quickly to changing market dynamics.
