PRIVACY POLICY — Worksfound LLC

Worksfound LLC ("Worksfound", "we", "us") is a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered address at:

This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect when you use Worksfound, the purposes for which we use it, with whom we share it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to www.worksfound.com and to all services on the platform.

1. Data we collect

1.1. Account data

• First and last name
• Email address
• Password (stored with bcrypt hash, never in plain text)
• Country (when required to process payment)
• Phone number (when required to process payment via DlocalGo)

1.2. Onboarding data and preferences

• Target role
• Professional skills
• Preferred work mode (remote / hybrid / on-site)
• English level (CEFR)
• Any other filters the user configures inside the platform

1.3. Professional data

• CV uploaded by the user (text and/or file)
• Answers to application forms completed by the user
• History of applications submitted on the user's behalf by Auto-Apply

1.4. Job portal credentials

When the user enables Auto-Apply, they voluntarily upload their credentials (session cookies and/or username and password) for portals such as LinkedIn. These credentials are stored encrypted and used exclusively to apply on the user's behalf.

1.5. Payment data

We do not store complete credit card or cryptocurrency wallet data. Payment processing is handled by third parties (Stripe, DlocalGo, One Infinite). From them we only receive the transaction confirmation and a session identifier.

1.6. Technical and usage data

• Service logs (timestamps, endpoints accessed, errors)
• Session identifier (JWT) to keep you logged in

As of this version, Worksfound does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.).

2. How we use your data

• Operate the service: run Auto-Apply, show job offers, manage your account.
• Process payments through the enabled gateways (Stripe, DlocalGo, cryptocurrency).
• Send transactional communications (account verification, payment confirmations, reminders).
• Send marketing communications and updates only if the user has expressly opted in (consent can be revoked at any time).
• Improve the product and diagnose technical incidents.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Who we share your data with

We share data exclusively with the providers we need to operate the service (data processors), who process it under their own terms:

• Google Cloud Platform — platform hosting and data storage.
• Stripe — international card payment processing.
• DlocalGo — LATAM payment processing with local installments.
• One Infinite — cryptocurrency payment processing.
• Resend — delivery of transactional and marketing emails.
• OpenAI — AI processing of CVs, copywriting and form answers.
• Decodo — residential proxy provider used to access job portals during Auto-Apply.
• 2Captcha — automatic CAPTCHA resolution when required by a portal during an application.

We do not sell or transfer data to third parties for advertising or commercial purposes unrelated to the provision of the service.

4. International transfers

Worksfound LLC is domiciled in the United States. Your data may be stored or processed on servers located in the U.S. or in other countries where our providers operate. By using the service, you accept this transfer.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectify inaccurate or outdated data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal data. We process the request within a maximum of 72 hours.
• Object to marketing use at any time, by contacting us or disabling the option in your account.
• Portability: request a copy of your data in a structured format.

6. Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active and for up to 12 additional months after closure, except where legal or accounting obligations require longer periods. Job portal credentials are deleted when the portal is disconnected or the account is closed.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (TLS), password storage with bcrypt, encryption of sensitive credentials, backend access controls and regular backups.

No system is 100% secure. We ask you to take care of your password and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

8. Data of minors

Worksfound is intended for people over 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you become aware that a minor has provided data, write to us at admin@worksfound.com and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy at any time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the changes.
