Worksfound LLC ("Worksfound", "we", "our", "the Company") is a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered address at:

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of Worksfound's services, including self-service tools for CVs, the Auto-Apply service (application automation), professional optimization resources, and any functionality available at www.worksfound.com or its subdomains ("Site" or "Services"). Except for Auto-Apply, the services consist of tools and resources for the user to perform the actions on their own.
By using our Services you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Worksfound.
1. Services Worksfound offers
Worksfound provides tools and platforms for the user to manage and improve their employability on their own (self-service). No service implies that Worksfound performs tasks on behalf of the user beyond the application automation described in Auto-Apply. What is offered includes:
1.1. Tools to create and optimize your CV
Worksfound provides an application and resources for the user to create, write, and optimize their own CV. Creating, writing, and optimizing the CV is the user's responsibility and task; Worksfound is not obligated to write, design, or generate CVs on behalf of the user.
- Tools for writing and designing a CV (incl. ATS optimization).
- Use of user-assisted AI inside the platform.
1.2. Resources to optimize LinkedIn
- Guides and materials for the user to improve their LinkedIn profile on their own.
1.3. Auto-Apply Service (application automation)
For 90 days, Worksfound will submit applications on the user's behalf in an automated way, according to the configuration defined by the user. The user is the one who selects and manages their preferences (target role, work mode, filters). The service includes:
- User's account on the Worksfound platform.
- Voluntary upload by the user of their credentials for job portals.
- Automatic submission of applications to active offers that mainly match the target role chosen by the user.
- Automatic answers to forms within portals, using only the information the user has uploaded.
Search criteria (for informational purposes): target role (e.g. "Frontend Developer"), work mode (remote, hybrid, or on-site), and additional filters, without guaranteeing exact match.
Worksfound may automatically complete only the forms found within compatible job portals, using exclusively the information uploaded by the user in their profile. Since each offer may have specific or custom forms, we do not guarantee that answers will be entirely accurate, complete, or match the user's exact intent.
2. Economic structure and service duration
2.1. Plans, renewal and cancellation
Worksfound offers subscription plans of varying durations (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or semiannual) that include access to:
- Tools for the user to create and optimize their own CV (self-service).
- Auto-Apply for the entire duration of the contracted plan.
- Additional free resources for self-service use.
Plans renew automatically at the end of each period, at the same price and duration, unless the user cancels. The user may cancel the renewal at any time from their profile; in that case they keep access until the end of the period already paid for and no further charges are made. The user may finance the payment through the payment gateways used by Worksfound.
2.2. Functionality guarantee
Worksfound guarantees:
- Applying to active offers based on the chosen role and work mode.
- Using the additional filters provided by the user as much as possible.
But it does NOT guarantee:
- That offers will exactly match the technology stack.
- That the required language is the same as the user's.
- Any employment outcome.
- That the number of applications submitted is similar or identical to the number of offers available in the portal, since the times when offers are created and published may not be aligned with Worksfound's automated search and application times.
3. User obligations
The user agrees to:
- Provide real, correct, and up-to-date information.
- Voluntarily upload credentials for job portals.
- Allow Worksfound to apply on their behalf.
- Be solely responsible for the truthfulness of the data.
4. Permitted and prohibited use
Prohibited:
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit trials or promotions.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Using credentials that do not belong to the user.
- Tampering with, copying, or attempting to reproduce the site's code.
- Performing scraping or reverse engineering.
- Using Worksfound for unlawful or abusive purposes.
Worksfound may suspend accounts for violating these rules.
5. Fair use and operational safeguards
Worksfound may:
- Pause, space out, or limit the submission of applications.
- Temporarily restrict the service in case of abuse or suspicious activity.
- Take measures to protect the stability of the platform.
This does not grant any right to a refund.
6. Risk of account suspension on external portals
Worksfound interacts with third-party job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Google Jobs, and others) to automate applications on the user's behalf. These portals prohibit, in their own terms of use, the use of automation tools and may, without prior notice:
- Limit features of the user's account.
- Apply temporary restrictions (CAPTCHAs, search blocks, etc.).
- Suspend or permanently close the user's account.
- Invalidate submitted applications or activity history.
Worksfound applies reasonable safeguards to reduce this risk (delays between applications, IP rotation, browser fingerprinting, daily limits), but cannot guarantee that portals will not detect the use of automation or refrain from applying sanctions.
By enabling the Auto-Apply service, the user acknowledges and accepts this risk and understands that Worksfound is not liable for blocks, suspensions, or account closures imposed by such portals, nor for the loss of data, applications, contacts, or reputation associated with those accounts. Activating the service implies the user's express consent to these terms.
7. Use of AI and accuracy
The CV tools and other processes available on the platform may use user-assisted AI. The user acknowledges that:
- AI may produce inaccurate content.
- Worksfound does not guarantee absolute accuracy.
- Automatic answers may not fit all custom questions in job offers.
8. Public use of name and surname (Non-sensitive marketing)
The user authorizes Worksfound to use, in a limited way:
- First and last name
- Country
- Professional role
- Outcomes achieved (e.g. "Landed a job in X days")
For marketing, metrics, and commercial communication purposes, without disclosing sensitive or private data, image, or any additional personal information. The user may request to stop being mentioned at any time by writing to admin@worksfound.com.
9. Call recording
Worksfound may record calls for quality and internal training purposes.
These recordings are not shared or commercialized.
10. No employment guarantee
Worksfound does NOT guarantee:
- Interviews
- Responses from companies
- Job offers
- Specific outcomes
- Hiring timeframes
11. No-refund policy
All fees paid are non-refundable, without exception, except as required by law or by express written agreement.
Deleting the account does not entail a refund.
12. Account deletion
The user may request the deletion of their account by sending a WhatsApp message to +54 9 11 7065-0453 or an email to admin@worksfound.com.
Worksfound will process it within a maximum of 72 hours. Deletion does not cancel any outstanding financial obligations.
13. Data and privacy
The use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Operational data from Auto-Apply may be processed by external providers under their own terms.
14. Security
Worksfound implements reasonable security measures, but does not guarantee absolute protection.
The user is responsible for the security of their credentials.
15. Limitation of liability
Worksfound will not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or special damages.
- Loss of income or employment opportunities.
- Errors produced by AI or automation.
- Sanctions, blocks, or account closures imposed by job portals (see section 6).
- Technical failures of third parties.
Maximum total liability: USD 100 or the total amount paid by the user in the last 6 months, whichever is greater.
16. Jurisdiction and applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts of Wyoming, except for mandatory consumer rights.
17. Amendments
Worksfound may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new version.
